We guarantee the installation of a concealed wiring detection system. This is irrespective of construction, including in concrete floored buildings. We do this in most cases without any chasing and without lifting floorboards, using a range of techniques that we've developed over almost 30 years. This is clearly an advantage for heritage listed and architecturally sensitive buildings, but it also preserves the appearance of any building requiring the installation of detection systems.

All installations are designed to achieve a minimum visual impact of the installed equipment; this has long been ESS' practice, the result being that we have never installed a surface wired system in one of our buildings.

A further advantage of specialising in concealed wiring means that we are not limited to any one manufacturer's product (for example, wire free detectors).
