All work completed by ESS is covered by a 12 month warranty. Our suppliers are leaders in the fire safety field, ensuring only the most advanced and innovative products are used in our installations.

All ESS technicians receive regular training from our suppliers to ensure their knowledge is maintained. Being mindful of the difficulty of working in occupied or residential premises, ESS and our technicians strive to minimise any interruption to residents by ensuring high levels of housekeeping and flexibility when planning for works to be completed.

All servicing and ongoing support is provided by our maintenance company, Fire Safe Maintenance Pty Ltd, which is also owned by the same experienced team.
